Refer 1 successful surrogate
If you refer 1 successful surrogate, you could earn an additional $2,000 at the time of the friend's pregnancy!
Refer a 2nd surrogate
If you refer a 2nd surrogate, you could earn an additional $3,000 at the time of the friend's pregnancy.
Refer a 3nd surrogate
if you refer 3 or more surrogates, you could earn an additional $5,000 for each at the time of their pregnancy!
Refer 4 or more surrogates
if you refer 4 or more surrogates, you could earn an additional $6,000 for each at the time of their pregnancy!
Surrogate Requirements
To help ensure the health and safety of both the surrogate mother and the baby(ies) she is carrying, certain surrogate requirements must be met. Please make sure you meet the necessary criteria before applying to become a surrogate with us:
- Must be between the ages of 21 to 38
- Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
- Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 32 or below
- Have given birth to and parented at least one child
- Must not have a history of drug or alcohol abuse

You are a United States citizen or legal resident.
You are between the ages of 21 – 38.

You agree to psychological, drug & criminal screening.
From the time a surrogate applies an in-depth consultation is scheduled, medical records are requested and reviewed, and background checks and psychological evaluations are performed. It will be approximately 2 to 4 weeks for you to be ready to match with Intended Parents.
First time surrogates will earn $60,000 – $75,000. Upon your initial outreach you will be provided with a detailed benefit package for your review.
Yes, compensation is higher for a proven surrogate versus a first-time surrogate.
Surrogates get paid an additional $20,000 for carrying twins.
This is all depending on a person’s pregnancy health. We have had surrogates do 2-5 journeys.
A surrogate gets paid monthly once she is matched, medically cleared and the legal contract is signed with her Intended Parents. There is event driven items paid prior to legal contracts, like a medical evaluation fee.
Once the surrogate has completed her medications and is ready, the fertility doctor will perform a FET (frozen embryo transfer). This means the baby will not biologically be yours. An embryo is made from someone else’s egg and sperm source.
Since the surrogate’s eggs are not being used, a woman can become a gestational surrogate even if she has her tubes tied.
All babies, no matter the nature of their conception, have the genetic material provided by their biological parents. Therefore, the surrogate contributes NONE of her genetic material.
